Contractors must be registered in SAM.GOV and must be verified in SBA's VETCERT at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award. If a contractor is not registered in SAM.GOV nor verified in SBA s VETCERT at the time of their offer then that contractor s request for proposal (RFP) will not be considered.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction , and the small business size standard is $45 Million.
Per FAR 36.204, the disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a request for proposal (RFP) for a qualified SDVOSB construction contractor to Construct Modular Imaging Center in accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications located at 6505 S. Manthey Road, French Camp, CA 95231-9518.
The duration of this project is approximately 365 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
