The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) Procurement Group (PG), in support of the Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, North Carolina, intends to procure demolition of non functional mobile paint blast booths.

The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), plasma cutting equipment, fire prevention equipment, rigging, and incidentals necessary to cut down the paint blast booth and place debris into Government-furnished containers. The contractor shall coordinate with the Government HAZMAT team throughout performance of the work. The contractor shall attend a project kick-off meeting and site visit, review Government-provided information, and develop, maintain, and implement a Demolition Work Plan, a site-specific safety plan and activity hazard analyses, and a hot work plan. The Government will provide debris containers and is responsible for removal and final disposition of filled containers.
