Quotes are to be sent on SIGNED AND FILLED IN SOLICITATION, with any needed certification or specifications verified to regina.l.gibson7.civ@army.mil.

Any changes to the solicitation shall also be posted to this web site and it is the contractor's responsibility to check site daily for any posted changes.
The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to mix, deliver, and spread seed and fertilizer on designated MCAAP food plot and fire guards. For Project 1 (Food Plot Seeding, CLIN 0001), the contractor shall spread annual ryegrass seed at 40 pounds per acre and 19-19-19 fertilizer at 250 pounds per acre over 32 food plots totaling 110 acres. For Project 2 (Fire Guard, CLIN 0002), the contractor shall spread Passerel ryegrass seed at 25 pounds per acre and 13-13-13 fertilizer at 150 pounds per acre along approximately 50 miles of fire guard, with a spread width of 30 to 50 feet, covering an estimated 500 acres. Work shall be performed Monday through Thursday between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, no sooner than September 1st and no later than September 30th, and the contractor must be prepared to deliver and spread within a one to two-day notice.
