Salient Characteristics
The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to deliver, install, and start up a horizontal baler and conveyor at the Recycle Center, Bldg. 1568, Little Rock AFB. Work includes removing the existing baler and conveyor, off-loading at ground level (no loading dock), installing the new baler and conveyor per manufacturer specifications (including bolting to concrete pad and electrical hookup), running a minimum of two bales to ensure functionality, and training at least two on-site staff on basic operations and maintenance. Delivery period is 150 calendar days after award, with a 14-day lead time notification required.
