The attached document contains the Requirement Description, Line Item Structure, Site Visit Instructions, Submission Instructions, Evaluation Factors, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors).
Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and all attachments in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall remove approximately 1,664 LF of rusted metal lining and 14,511 SF of decorative rock and deteriorated weed barrier from planter beds at various buildings on Scott AFB. The contractor must install new heavy-duty non-woven geotextile weed barrier fabric, new commercial-grade steel planter bed liners, and re-place washed and supplemented decorative rock to an average depth of 3 inches. All existing landscaped plants shall be retained and protected. Work is to be completed within a 90-day period of performance after NTP, with a phased approach to minimize disruptions.
