The 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Campbell, KY, requires a one-year license agreement for a comprehensive Cognitive Performance Assessment System. This system is essential for evaluating and enhancing the cognitive abilities of Special Forces operators, which are critical for mission success in high-stress, dynamic environments.
The required solution includes the provision of a scientifically validated cognitive testing platform, all necessary hardware, software licenses, and related support services. The primary objective is to measure and analyze the cognitive processes that underlie rapid, split-second decision-making.

Key Requirements:
Cognitive Assessment: The system must be a computer-based testing platform capable of measuring cognitive performance with millisecond precision. It must assess at least thirteen specific cognitive domains, including but not limited to perception speed, search efficiency, decision complexity, and impulse control.
Hardware and Software: The contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, including testing consoles, monitors, and peripherals, along with the required software licenses, maintenance, and updates.
Data and Analysis: The solution must include secure database storage for all assessment results and provide consultation services for score interpretation relative to Special Operations roles.
Validation: The testing protocols and equipment must be scientifically based, using statistically validated methods, and demonstrate test-retest reliability.
This is a brand-name requirement for the "S2 Cognition" system. Offerors must propose the specified brand-name product to be considered technically acceptable. Quotes for alternate or "equal" products will not be accepted.
