The contractor shall provide an array of site-wide security support functions that support Safeguards and Security responsibilities in a secure environment protecting critical national security assets. This includes support for Protection Program management, Classification and Information Security, Personnel Security (including personnel vetting, adjudication, badge fabrication, and the Human Reliability Program), Foreign Ownership Control or Influence (FOCI) and Facility Clearance (FCL) programs, and the Safeguards and Security Survey Program. The contractor shall also provide support to the Consolidated Services Center (CSC) for classification, security program, technical security, and classified operations, and to the Oak Ridge Office of Environmental Management (OREM) for security and classification matters, personnel security records management, and badge fabrication and administration.
