Quoters must completed the quote as stated in the RFQ. If any changes are made, the offer is considered non-responsive and ineligeable for award.
The contractor shall provide all staffing, equipment and materials necessary for the development and delivery of command coins for the VCJCS and SEAC. The contractor must produce die struck brass coins with specified finishes and enamel inlays, including a VCJCS coin (2.67" x 2.0") and a SEAC coin (2.50" x 2.25"), both USA Made. The contractor shall deliver a die cast image within 10 calendar days of award, a physical die cast sample within 24 calendar days of government approval of the image, and finished coins within 30 calendar days of approval of the physical sample. The base quantity includes 700 VCJCS coins (CLIN 0001), 700 SEAC coins (CLIN 0002), and 2 die casts for each (CLINs 0003 and 0004), with delivery by 6 November 2026. Eight option years provide additional quantities ranging from 250 to 500 coins per CLIN, with final deliveries through 1 December 2030. The contractor must implement a Quality Control Program and perform 100% inspection of each coin prior to shipping.
