This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number ACQ-IHS-2026-U-00662 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brewer Exam Tables. This acquisition is conducted under the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) and HHSAR Subpart 326.6. The associated NAICS code is 339113 — Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (size standard 800 employees). Procurement of Brewer Examination Tables. This procurement is for NEW Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All, warranty and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The quote MUST include a copy of the authorized distributor letter from the manufacturer to verify that the vendor is an authorized distributor of the products being quoted; failure to provide evidence of this may result in your proposal not being further considered.
Procurement of Brewer Examination Tables, including Brewer High-Low Power Exam Tables (P/N 6801PLUS) and Brewer EasyGlide Mobility Systems (P/N 3500687PLUS) for Parker Indian Health Center, Peach Springs Health Center, Chemehuevi Clinic, and Irene Benn Health Center (Moapa). The work includes deinstallation and removal of existing chairs/tables, delivery, transport, assembly, installation, calibration, initial inspection testing, provision of manufacturer's manuals, and onsite training to clinical staff after final inspection and configuration.
