All interested vendors must provide an authorized manufacturer distribution letter, along with the quote package, to be considered for award.

Please submit any questions concerning this solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Government to respond. Questions must be submitted directly by email only to jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov. Questions not received by the question submission deadline of Friday**, July 31, 2026 at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time** may not be addressed.

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION:

The deadline for receipt of quotes for this requirement is: 08/05/2026 NLT 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Quote packages** submissions must be submitted by email only to Contract Specialist Jesus Solis at: jesus.solis@cbp.dhs.gov. Subject line of the email should read: “Response to RFQ 70B03C26Q00000117: Yamaha ATVs. **Attachment 2 - Pricing Sheet, must be completed and must be valid for at least 60 calendar days after close of the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to accept or reject late quotes.
