The vendor must provide an updated instrument maintenance package for an Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer that includes one annual planned maintenance visit, access to virtual and in-person technical support, priority response time for needed repairs, and expense coverage for remedial repairs. An on-site technician must assess and remediate any preexisting remedial repairs, update and install up-to-date software and hardware compatible with NxT instruments. A one-day, in-person training must be provided by a qualified Thermo Fisher applications scientist on Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer use customized to the needs of the Mycotoxin Prevention and Applied Microbiology Unit at NCAUR.
