The Distributed Common Ground System-Army (DCGS-A) requires the Skyline software suite to fulfill its mandate of providing commanders with a comprehensive, multi-domain intelligence picture at the tactical edge. The software must merge diverse datasets, generate photo-realistic 3D terrain databases, serve as the primary 3D visualization and analytical client, deliver critical terrain analysis tools for mission planning, sustain operational continuity for DCGS-A workstations, serve as a centralized secure hub to store and stream geospatial data, and operate in a fully disconnected environment. The contract includes specific part numbers and quantities for each product across five ordering periods from 2026 to 2031.
