This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 334516 This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
The contractor must supply ammonia analyzers that use a flow through measurement cell with tunable diode laser spectroscopy, capable of continually measuring aerial ammonia (NH3) concentration at high speed (≥0.5 Hz) with precision <0.8 ppm, resolution ≤0.01 ppm, response time ≤3 s, over a range of 0-100 ppm. The instruments must have an analog output signal (4-20 mA) with 12-bit resolution or better, input voltage 10-30 VDC, startup time ≤30 s, at least two alarm outputs, and fit within 300 mm (L) x 160 mm (W) x 225 mm (H). Delivery is 45 days after receipt of order, FOB destination.
