Solicitation of Interest The State of West Virginia is soliciting responses from parties interested in providing, on a lease basis, approximately 12,000 square feet of furnished office space. Full-service maintenance is preferred. The property must be situated in the Charleston area, with the preferred location being within walking distance to Capitol Street. Adequate parking is required to accommodate 20 staff members, preferably more. The building and parking lot must be ADA compliant and meet all applicable federal, state, and local codes, standards, and ordinances. This is only a solicitation of interest. No phone calls please.
