WMATA (Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority) seeks a qualified contractor to provide a battery exchange service for their fleet of 654 Mobile Stertil Lifts. The lifts operate with 1,004 batteries, and when batteries reach the end of their lifespan, authorized personnel will replace 2 batteries at a time. The contractor must be located within a 20 - 30-mile radius to ensure prompt response times.
The primary objective of this scope of work is to stock Stertil Koni batteries, have them available as needed, must be compatible with the lifts and provide appropriate warranty coverage
