The selected proposer shall provide professional management and operational services including overseeing daily operation and monitoring of generators, electric distribution systems, water systems, wastewater systems, fuel systems, and related utility infrastructure; coordinating inspections, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and contractor services; ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations; performing administrative duties such as budgeting, financial reporting, billing issue coordination, forecasting, audits, and operational expenditure oversight; and coordinating with the Board of Trustees, contractors, engineers, auditors, vendors, regulatory agencies, utility customers, and key operational partners.
