Erics Restaurant and Patio Renovation FY26

The University of Houston isseeking a firm for all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary and reasonably inferable to renovate Eric’s Restaurant to Eric’s Restaurant & Bar and Outdoor Patio in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by Kirksey Architects, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein as EXHIBIT A.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference and site visit isscheduled for 7/29/26 @ 9 AM CT at Hilton Hotel – University of Houston, 4450 University Drive, Suite S104 (Conference Room).

**Failure to attend the mandatory pre-submittal meeting willresult in disqualification. **
