- <p>Bastrop County needs to purchase a used Industrial Boom Mower with the following specifications:</p><p>• Used units must have less than 1200 hours and should be no more than 2 years old</p><p>• Unit must have a diesel engine with a minimum rating of 140 to 150 horsepower</p><p>• Unit must have counterweights for stability</p><p>• Unit must be 4- Wheel-Drive</p><p>• Unit must have an enclosed Cab with air conditioning</p><p>• Unit must shatter proof glass</p><p>• Unit must have a Rollover Protective Structure “ROPS”</p><p>• Unit must have functioning headlights, taillights, flashers, mirrors and a camera(s)</p><p>• Unit must have attachment capability for a fail mower, shredder, etc.</p>
