This project period will end no later than September 30, 2028. Responders must meet certain criteria, and if selected, as a Contractor, they must also adhere to specific contractual requirements.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 6.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;" data-mce-style="margin: 6.0pt 0in .0001pt 0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Lucida Bright',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;" data-mce-style="font-family: 'Lucida Bright',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi;">The Contractor will perform the necessary tasks associated with plugging and abandonment and will subcontract with independent entities to perform the necessary tasks associated with pre-plugging and post-plugging methane measurements. The well sites to be plugged will be identified and selected through a separate grant program, TxMCW Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) 582-27-70000-MW, to include required site remediation throughout the State of Texas.</span></p>
