The contractor will perform an initial assessment of the gas collection system including wellheads and flares; operate and maintain the landfill's flares and blower on a monthly basis; conduct monthly monitoring of the gas collection system measuring methane, oxygen, carbon dioxide, balance gas, temperature, vacuum/pressure, and liquid levels at each active extraction well; perform monthly wellhead tuning to maximize methane recovery; provide monthly progress reports and invoices; and manage a $50,000 provisionary allowance for annual and emergency repairs as directed by EGLE.
