The work consists of providing and installing new furniture for the South Lake Schools Administration Building as indicated on the documents and specifications. The owner will dispose of all equipment necessary to make room for the new equipment. The bidder must furnish, deliver, and completely install (including full assembly if required) loose tables, chairs, shelving, etc. in quantity and arrangement shown on the drawings and as specified. The bidder must remove all packaging, wrap and delivery components from site after installation, clean and adjust all items for levelness, and document the equipment as delivered and installed, replacing any damaged items.
