The selected vendor shall supply and deliver one (1) brand new heavy-duty utility truck matching or exceeding the technical specifications detailed in Section 2, including a ¾ Ton Heavy Duty (2500 / F-250 Series Fleet Utility Base), 4-Wheel Drive, Extended Cab, Standard Bed (up to 6.5 foot), heavy-duty V8 gasoline engine (minimum 6.4L / 7.3L displacement), heavy-duty automatic transmission, minimum 10,000 lbs. GVWR / minimum 2,500 lbs. payload capacity, solid fleet white exterior, heavy-duty vinyl 40/20/40 split bench seating, easy-clean rubber/vinyl flooring, high-output/dual alternator fleet setup (minimum 350-amp total system output), dual battery configuration, integrated trailer brake controller, Class V receiver hitch with 7-pin wiring plug, roof clearance marker lamps, left/right black platform running boards, manufacturer's snow plow prep package, factory auxiliary upfitter switch bank (minimum 4-6 switches), durable spray-in bedliner, and electrical prep for Western 8'6" Pro Plus plow and Western Low Profile 1000 hitch-mounted salt spreader. The contract is for the vehicle and factory-level fleet integration readiness only; physical snowplow blade assemblies, tailgate hoppers, vehicle-side structural push-beam mounts, proprietary wiring isolation modules, and handheld controllers are excluded.
