HMA Mill & Resurface M-54, Maple to Saginaw, Genesee Co
The contractor will perform cold milling of the HMA surface (up to 4 inches depth), place a 5EMLHS HMA overlay with PG-70-28P binder, execute detail 7 and detail 8 pavement joint and crack repairs, hand patching, shoulder work, and permanent pavement markings (including wet reflective tape, polyurea, waterborne, and cold plastic markings). Traffic control must be maintained in accordance with the Special Provision for Maintaining Traffic, including lane closures, portable changeable message signs, barricades, and channelizing devices. Work must be completed by September 30, 2026, with continuous operations and coordination with MDOT.
