Clarkston Rest Area Janitorial, Grounds, Snow Services

The Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial services (including daily restroom cleaning, lobby and entrance cleaning, storage area maintenance, general grounds cleaning, and seasonal tasks), grounds maintenance (including weekly mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, annual flower bed preparation and planting, aeration, and spring/fall cleanup), and snow removal services (including shoveling, snow blowing, deicer application, and emergency call-outs) for the Clarkston Rest Area #904 located at SB I-75, Mile Marker 94, between Davisburg Rd and Dixie Hwy. The contract also includes minor maintenance such as tightening loose screws and plunging toilets, as well as refuse disposal and provision of all cleaning and replenishable supplies.
