Ironwood Welcome Center Janitorial and Snow

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and/or services necessary to perform janitorial services (including daily restroom cleaning, lobby and entrance way cleaning, storage/utility area cleaning, general grounds cleaning, and seasonal tasks), partial grounds maintenance (including mowing assistance, edging, spring and fall cleanup), and snow and ice removal (including plowing driving surfaces, shoveling walkways, applying deicer) at the Ironwood Welcome Center located at 801 W. Cloverland Drive, Ironwood, Michigan 49938. The Contractor must also provide all cleaning supplies, janitorial equipment, snow removal equipment, and maintain required insurance and security measures.
