The selected professional services contractor will provide design and construction administration services for a facility equipment storage building at the Green Oaks Training Center. The scope includes Phase 300 (Schematic Design), Phase 400 (Preliminary Design), Phase 500 (Final Design), Phase 600 (Construction Administration - Office Services), and Phase 700 (Construction Administration - Field Services). The building will house a front end loader, two zero turn mowers, a Bobcat, a truck with salt spreader, and other materials, with a minimum of 4 to 6 overhead doors, 12' ceilings with 10' high doors, a concrete entrance slab, and a heated interior. A separated salt storage bay with hardened walls, non-heated, with a high ceiling and door is also required. The design shall include site survey, building location analysis, soil borings/geotechnical analysis, electrical circuit capacity review, and LARA review. The contractor will also participate in the construction bidding and selection process and provide construction administration services.
