TREA - Unclaimed Property System
The system must support the full lifecycle of unclaimed property including receipt of holder reports (approximately 30,000 annually), management of cash, securities, digital assets, and tangible items, claims processing, online portals for holders and citizens, data integrity and security compliance with State of Michigan IT policies, operational scalability, integration with SIGMA, CEPAS, FileNet, LexisNexis, and MiLogin, reporting and analytics, long term record retention in perpetuity, disaster recovery, training and documentation, and transition planning.
