Nibbi Brothers has been selected as the General Contractor for the Treasure Island E1.2 Senior Housing Project in San Francisco. Project Description:  The project shares a 43,000 square foot site with the Behavioral Health building (constructed by others) on Treasure Island in San Francisco. The shared, undeveloped lot is bounded by Trade Winds Ave on the south, Phillips Lane on the east, E1.1 to the north, and Macky Lane on the west. 100 units of affordable senior housing with associated community and management spaces. The total new construction area is approximately 88,000 square feet.  Project will be Green Point Rated with a minimum of 125 points.
