This Invitation for Bids (hereinafter “IFB” or “Solicitation”) is being issued by the City and County of San Francisco Office of Contract Administration (hereinafter, “OCA” or “City”). OCA, on behalf of all City Departments, is seeking qualified suppliers (“Bidders”) to provide Bids for Sub-Compact Utility Tractor with Loader and Attachments (Bids).
