EXT GSA | Power Station Block 8 - Bid Package 2

Power Station Block 8 is a 14-story market rate residential building located at the corners of Humboldt Street, Maryland Street, and Delaware Street. The parking garage spans two blocks, with half located under the Block 8 building footprint, and the other half under the future Power Station Park East. It consists of approximately 355 units, 550 parking spaces, amenity spaces, and retail.

The Bid Date for the 100%DD Bid Package 2 trades is Friday, 7/10/26 at 8AM.  The bids must be submitted no later than Thursday, 8/06/26 at 5PM via Building Connected.

• Bid Package 2  – Tower Crane & Personnel Hoist, Temporary Scaffolding, Surveyor, Concrete, Shotcrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Metal Stairs(Design/Build), Below Grade Waterproofing, Thermal Insulation, Sheet Metal/Flashing, Joint Firestopping & Misc. Caulking/Sealants,  Windows/Glazing- Exterior, Exterior Plaster, Parking & Loading Equipment, Window Washing Equipment, Pools & Spas, Trash Chute System
• LBE Participation Goal: 17%

Subcontractors Prequalification:

All bidders will be expected to enter into a Master Service Agreement upon award.

Overall project has a 17% LBE Participation Goal.

LEED Requirement: The scope of work is to include analysis and coordination to develop
and maintain a strategy and checklist to achieve a minimum LEED Gold certification by the GBCI under LEED V4.
