PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

• Selective demolition of units and commercial space for seismic upgrade, MEP, and ADA unit conversions
• Exterior façade restoration

TENTATIVE START: April 2027; 10.5 month duration. See Exhibit D
LABOR WAGE REQUIREMENTS AND MONITORING: Project is subject to both State and Federal prevailing wage.  See Exhibit G for prevailing wage determinations.
SUBCONTRACTING GOALS & LOCAL HIRING REQUIREMENTS: Project is subject to 25% SBE goal and mandatory local hire. Refer to Exhibit H, I, J and K. Per request from SFCMD, all SBE subcontractors are required to fill out Exhibit K, “SBE Form 2 – SBE Eligibility and Subcontracting Declaration” and submit with your proposals.

JOB WALK: We have scheduled 1 date to visit the site. The date and times are as follows:

Thursday, July 16, 2026.
a. 1st group walk: 10 am to 11 am
b. 2nd group walk: 11 am to 12 pm

If your firm would like to attend the pre-bid jobwalk, please send a message thru BuildingConnected. The site is currently occupied by tenants and free access is not available.  NO SUBCONTRACTOR / SUPPLIER WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE SITE WITHOUT SCHEDULING A TIME AND DATE.

PRE-BID RFI DEADLINE: Friday, July 24, 2026 EOD.

BID DOCUMENTS: Refer to Exhibit A for all bid documents that apply for this project.  Documents are available for review at BuildingConnected or Builder’s Exchange.

BID SUBMISSION: All bid submissions will be done using Building Connected.  Your firm
needs to join a bid package on our public plan room to submit a bid.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: Refer to Exhibit C for more information.

ADDITIONAL BID EXHIBITS: Note that sample subcontract Exhibit B and waivers Exhibit E have been included for review and are not required to be returned unless your firm is the apparent successful bidder for this project.
If you are the apparent successful bidder and have not subcontracted with D&H Construction previously, you will be required to fill in the Subcontractor Qualification Questionnaire before you are awarded the job.  See Exhibit F for more information.
