Guzman Construction Group, Inc. (GCGI) team is requesting bids for all remaining trades
excluding MOBILE CRANES, STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, MASS TIMBER, ELEVATORS, FIRE SPRINKERS, PLUMBING, HVAC & ELECTRICAL/LOW VOLTAGE (these trades were bid in the EARLY TRADES round of pricing). The remaining trades/scopes shall be awarded based on finalized scopes and leveled bids in this round of pricing.
Project Description:
The Friendship House Association of American Indians is building the Village SF Wellness
Center to provide community as well as essential services for the inter-tribal Indigenous
population of San Francisco and urban American Indians.
The project is new construction of a 6-story building consisting of 1 basement Level, 3 Levels of Mass Timber construction and 3 Levels of light gauge steel construction plus the roof penthouse. The project includes 36 studio units, TI space for a restaurant/teaching kitchen, community, health services, office, training spaces, a roof garden and back of house spaces in the basement.
Labor Requirements: This is a prevailing wage project. Both Federal and State prevailing wages apply. All carpenter and laborer trades must be union.

07/17/26 - RFI Deadline
07/30/26 - Bids Due 12:00PM Friday.
11/06/26 - Tentative Construction Start (Refer to Exhibit C)
