SF Main Library Atrium Smoke Exhaust Fan Replacement

Scope of Work:  Scope of Work shall include demolition of existing atrium smoke exhaust fan units and associated variable frequency drive units (VFD's) and replacement on a one-for-one basis, due to equipment obsolescence.

The time allowed for completion is 270 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $1,200,000.

An onsite pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held on Friday, July 24, 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Main Library at 100 Larkin Street, San Francisco.  The meeting will be held in the Bridge Learning Center on the 5th Floor.  Enter from Grove Street.  Access via elevators past the Atrium Area.

Class "B" license is required to bid.
