The South Dakota Department of the Military is soliciting Statements of Interest from firms interested in providing professional Architectural and Engineering services for the above referenced project.
This project will include all phases of professional consulting services for the replacement of three air cooled condensing units serving the Combined Surface Maintenance Shop (CSMS) #1 in Mitchell, SD. Consultant shall conduct site investigation, analysis of unit sizing, footprint/mounting, and structural integrities. Consultant shall perform design development services to determine the best replacements based on energy efficiency and cost. Construction will be planned for Federal Fiscal Year 2027.
A technical review committee will review the submissions and select the firm based on the criteria shown. The technical review committee respectfully requests that statements of interest be limited to 20 pages or less. Interested firms shall submit an electronic copy via email to the Project Manager no later than 4:00 PM, MT, Monday, September 14, 2026.
