This RFP seeks a contractor to provide fire and emergency alarm monitoring services for the South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) locations listed below in accordance with ANSI standards, NFPA
72, The National Fire Code and the Underwriters Laboratories 827 Central Stations for Watchmen, Fire Alarm and Supervisory Services. All the locations are equipped with either a Cellular Dialer and/or a
DACT (digital alarm communication transmitter) that connects to a Fire Alarm Control Panel for the purpose of communicating all trouble, supervisory and fire alarm signals via Cellular Service.
Copy of Exhibit A SOW is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Proposals shall conform to all instructions, conditions, and requirements included in the Request for Proposal. Prospective vendors are expected to carefully examine all documentation contained in this
RFP and be willing to accept each requirement term and condition.
Offerors may email inquiries concerning this RFP to obtain clarification of requirements. No inquiries will be accepted after the date and time indicated in the Schedule of Activities. Inquiries must be emailed to

The State will to respond to offeror’s inquiries (if required) via e-mail. In addition, all inquiries and the State’s response will be posted on the state’s e-procurement system. Offerors may not rely on any other
statements, either of a written or oral nature, that alter any specification or other term or condition of this RFP. Offerors will be notified in the same manner as indicated above regarding any modifications to this
RFP.

The contractor shall provide fire and emergency alarm monitoring services for the South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) locations listed in Exhibit A. All locations are equipped with a Cellular Dialer and/or a DACT that connects to a Fire Alarm Control Panel. The contractor will monitor alarms 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays. The monitoring station will contact the appropriate fire department and the SDARNG Fire & Emergency Services Manager for fire alarm signals, and the manager for supervisory signals. All alarm signals must be emailed to sdngfire@gmail.com.
