The State of South Dakota Department of Health (DOH) is seeking a partner agency to provide two qualified individuals to support the South Dakota Department of Health (DOH) with the statewide Rural Health Transformation Project. The individuals must be able to support the financial and administrative functions of the multi-year grant full-time. At the highest level, the day-to-day work will include, but is not limited to, administrative support of contract management, subrecipient monitoring, program operations, project management, strategic oversight, data, evaluation, and report collection, etc. The partner will provide experts on their team to work directly with South Dakota’s RHT Principal Investigator Project Director and Financial Grants Specialist for the state’s Rural Health Transformation Project.
