The project is generally described as the construction of an airnasium facility along with restrooms and associated site work. The site is located at the intersection Hazel Street and Highway 121. Work includes but is not limited to: site grading, erosion control, installation of water/wastewater/stormwater utilities, airnasium and bathroom construction, concrete pavement, gravel parking lot and final seeding and stabilization.

The project includes commercial aquatic play equipment, controls, installation by a manufacturer-certified installer, testing, commissioning, and owner training. The splash pad will be constructed in coordination with the City's separate Airnasium and Site Improvements Project, with utility connection points provided by the Town.
