The contractor must furnish and install window treatments such as blinds, shades, and accessories, and provide repair services. Pricing is required for discounts off list price for orders of 1-24 units and 25+ units, hourly labor rates for installation during normal and after hours, hourly labor rates for repairs during normal working hours, and a service call charge. The work is performed in all parts of Rhode Island under a Master Price Agreement with statewide applicability.
