The successful vendor will provide commercial office space located in the City of Providence, Rhode Island, for occupancy by the Rhode Island Department of Administration. The lease will commence on November 1, 2026 and expire on January 16, 2027. The vendor (landlord) shall obtain and maintain commercial general liability insurance insuring both landlord and tenant against loss or injury on the leased premises, with coverage of not less than One Million Dollars aggregate, naming the State as additional insured.
