MPA 118 Open Enrollment provides immediate response and cleanup services including but not limited to emergencies and general services as needed resulting from the spilling, leaking or discharge of hazardous wastes, petroleum products or other materials causing a threat to the environment or to public health or safety. Initial responses are due by Wednesday September 9, 2026 at 12:00pm. Afterwards, new responses to this solicitation will be reviewed on a quarterly basis until September 30, 2028.

The solicitation covers immediate response and cleanup services including but not limited to emergencies and general services as needed resulting from the spilling, leaking or discharge of hazardous wastes, petroleum products or other materials causing a threat to the environment or to public health or safety. Services are sought on an as-needed basis, and the MPA will be used to establish a list of qualified vendors. Once need is determined, utilization will be based on factors including price, expertise, and vendor availability.
