DEM Reservation and Registration Management System

The vendor will provide software and assist in managing reservations and registrations systems across the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management. The successful vendor shall be required to enter into a Contract with the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) as a condition of award and contract execution. The Cooperative Agreement shall define the respective responsibilities of the parties regarding implementation, operation, administration, revenue collection, reporting, customer service, and other matters necessary for the performance of the resulting contract.
