The work under this Task Order consists of scour remediation activities at Bridge Nos. 095801 and 095821, including structural concrete crack repair by epoxy-resin base adhesive injection (200 linear feet), concrete masonry repairs (1,300 cubic feet), drill and grout reinforcing dowels (600 each), galvanized bar reinforcement grade 60 (2,000 pounds), welded wire fabric galvanized (600 square feet), mobilization (lump sum), and furnish, install, maintain, and move temporary traffic protection (lump sum).
