If requested, additional pedestrian ramp work shall be paid at the rate submitted for the pedestrian bid ramp items and will be authorized via a Change Order per Section 2-7 of the Standard Specifications referenced in Section 3-7.1.1.

All written questions posted on the City’s electronic bidding website, and Proposers identified as “Prospective Bidders” on the City’s website will receive a notification via email. Notes
The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all licenses necessitated by the Contractor's operations. Prior to starting any work, the Contractor shall be required to have a City of Riverside Business Tax Registration valid for the life of the Contract; subcontractors shall also have Business Tax Registrations valid for the time they are engaged in the work.
