(BRIDGE REPLACEMENT) - Adams County

The project consists of the structure replacement of the bridge carrying SR 3002 over Rock Creek. The existing structure is a four-span non-composite steel stringer beam bridge with reinforced cantilever abutments. The proposed structure consists of a two-span bulb-T beam & reinforced abatements bridge, all as indicated on the approved drawings included in the Bid Package for STATE ROUTE 3002, SECTION 016, in ADAMS COUNTY, MOUNT JOY & CUMBELRAND TOWNSHIPS, from Segment 0060 Offset 0653 to Segment 0070 Offset 0728, for an overall project length of 1535.00 linear feet (0.29 mile).

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
