The description and location of the project is as follows: This work is the furnishing and placement of an 8'-0" x 5'-0" precast reinforced concrete box culvert and inlet & outlet sections over an unnamed tributary to Montgomery Creek, approach paving using Superpave Asphalt Mixture Designs for the base and wearing courses, guide rail upgrades, and miscellaneous construction for a total length of approximately 585 linear feet (0.111 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 1004 SECTION A02, in CLEARFIELD COUNTY, LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP. On SR 1004 from Segment 0020/Offset 0000 to Segment 0020/Offset 0015.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
