This project involves safety improvements along 63rd Street/Cobbs Creek (SR 3015) from Market Street to Woodland Avenue. The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: * Traffic signal improvements (modernization of signal equipment which includes mast arms, upgrade 8 to 12 signal heads, second overhead signals were required, LPIs, countdown pedestrian signal heads, controllers, signal timing/phasing improvements updates, pavement marking and signing upgrades. * Road Diet, a reduction from 4 travel lanes to 2 travel lanes and a center two-way left turn lane * Median & pedestrian crossing islands * Improve pedestrian crossing facilities by providing raised crossing walks and rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFB) at identified locations * Design- Build ADA compliant ramps and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 3015, SECTION SP1, in Philadelphia COUNTY City of Philadelphia from approximately Market Street at segment 0010 offset 0000 to approximately Woodland Avenue at segment 0075 offset 1435.

The location of the public bid opening is the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 7th Floor, Contract Awards Room, 400 North Street, Harrisburg. Allow sufficient time before the bid opening to obtain a visitor pass on the 5th Floor and to be escorted to the 7th Floor Contract Awards Room.
