Thirty (30) day extensions of the date for the Award may be made by the mutual written consent of the owner and the Lowest Responsible Bidder. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders, prior to awarding the contract.
