The project consists of the renovation of a workshop area within the Reading Area Community College (RACC) Warehouse. Work includes selective demolition, new metal framing, insulation, doors and hardware, structural steel modifications for High-Volume, Low-Speed (HVLS) ceiling fans, storage shelving, a walk-in cooler and freezer, resilient wall base, and associated electrical work including lighting, power, controls, data infrastructure, and installation of two (2) HVLS ceiling fans
