QUALIFICATION APPLICATION All conditions and requirements for submission, consideration, and award including S/M/WBE requirements and bonding requirements are contained in the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents including the Qualification Application and Instructions will be available beginning on the following date December 12, 2022 and may be downloaded from the County's on-line Vendor Self-Service (VSS) system at https://pbcvssp.co.palmbeach.fl.us/webapp/vssp/AltSelfService. Or, the Contract Documents including the Qualification Application may be obtained by sending an email with the Project # in the subject line to: FDOCID-Bids@pbcgov.org or call (561)233-0261. Initial submission date is 1/26/2023 @ 2:00 pm Contractors may continue to submit the Qualification Application for consideration, as additional contractors may be added during the 5-year contract period. In order to submit a bid for an open project, the Qualification Application must be submitted at least 10 calendar days before the bid due date.
