The City of Eugene is requesting Letters of Interest for Cafe Concessionaire. In general, work includes operating a snack bar located in the Entry Garden of the downtown Eugene Public Library located at 100 West 10th Avenue, Eugene, Oregon. The City wishes to compile information and establish a list of interested suppliers.

The Concessionaire will operate a snack bar in the Entry Garden of the Eugene Public Library, including staffing during café hours, providing inventory (food, beverage, utensils, paper products, sanitation, and cleaning supplies), operating equipment, maintaining the concession area, and providing a point-of-sale system. The City may provide on-site security, facilities and major equipment, dumpsters, utility services, restrooms, a kiosk, food display case, serving and dining area, sink, and a refrigerator. Food preparation will be primarily off-site; no stoves, ovens, or cooktops are allowed. The Concessionaire must maintain cleanliness of the café and Entry Garden seating areas, handle trash and recycling, and comply with all health regulations.
